5. Tournament Director Responsibilities

Tournament directors who use our platform are responsible for ensuring their tournaments comply with all applicable rules, regulations, and safety requirements. Bracket Buddy provides tools to assist with tournament management but does not assume responsibility for the conduct or safety of any tournament or its participants.

6. Athlete and Minor Information

Tournament directors and coaches who input information about athletes, including minors, represent that they have obtained all necessary consents and authorizations to provide such information. You agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding the collection and use of personal information, particularly concerning minors.

7. Payment Terms

Certain features of the Service require payment. By subscribing to paid features, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and may be requested by contacting our support team.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Bracket Buddy and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our Service without express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bracket Buddy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
